This is Marijpol’s print from the XLAOOC* benefit show held at Lula Cafe in Chicago in March 2025. The print is approximately 32” x 44”, revealing the beautiful light and texture of the artist’s fine pencil-work. The page is from her book Hort, still unpublished in the U.S., and depicts three kids attempting to find their mother online late at night from an apartment in a city that might be Hamburg, Germany. The print is an archival pigment print on nice thick, toothy watercolor paper. Proceeds from the sale will go to Doctors Without Borders and The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
